How To Buy

All the information you need to know when you are ready to buy from Emelia

Ordering online 

Click on the products that you wish to purchase, they will automatically be added to your shopping cart.
When you have finished please proceed to the checkout, which is located within your basket, and follow the instructions for payment. Contact us to apply for login details, your details will be saved for future orders. Minimum order £25 (excl VAT and delivery).

Prices exclude re-barcoding or re-labelling.

Existing customers 

If you are an existing trade customer please register your details vai the website and send an e-mail with your company details to sales. We will notify when your account has been ugraded to a a full trade account. Future orders placed will be added to your account where your current terms and conditions will apply.

VAT

For EC registered companies we do not charge VAT if you can provide us with VAT exempt number.
For Non-European Community trading companies we do not charge VAT.

Q. Are the merchandisers delivered fully stocked?
A. Yes all our stands are delivered fully stocked saving you time and money.

Q. How is VAT charged?
A.  The prices exclude VAT, which is currently 20% in the United Kingdom. If you reside outside the UK, but within the European Union, UK VAT will not be charged if you provide a local VAT registration number.

Q. How can I pay?
A. 

The easiest way is to pay by credit or debit card online. This is processed via a secure server.

Please be aware you cannot pay by bank transfer when ordering from our website, website purchases are by card only.

Q.  Do you offer a re-carding / labelling service?
A.  Yes, we have our own in house re-labelling department.

Q.  What happens about faulty goods and short deliveries?
A.  Short deliveries and faulty items should be reported within 2 working days after delivery, which are immediately credited.

Q.  Do you offer sale or return?
A.  We do not offer sale-or-return terms. Please note - imitation jewellery will go off colour, especially metal based jewellery. Time for discolouration will depend on their use and the environment in which they are worn or stored. We are unable to credit you for goods that have discoloured. For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on earrings.
